Product performance, reliability and consistency are a premium in this market. We have developed a range of materials suitable for producing storage products including hazardous chemicals.
Our materials are manufactured to strict resin formulations and processing guidelines, ensuring a precise tolerance on sheet flatness and quality. These products are available in various thicknesses, textures and sizes to suit fabrication requirements and specific applications. Our materials range from those designed for lamination to GRP and others which are safe for the containment of drinking water.

| Main products | Description | Application | Key benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| A HDPE sheet with excellent impact properties at very low temperatures, with very good chemical resistance and stiffness. It is particular resistant to stress whitening when bent | Fume extraction equipment Chemical tanks Chemical equipment |
- Very high impact resistance - Very tough - High chemical resistance |
|
| ViSpec VHMW 2160 |
A HDPE sheet offering the traditional characteristics of a quality material including excellent impact performance at low temperatures, good chemical resistance, and very good stiffness. This material has been modified with a high molecular weight, which significantly improves mechanical strength and abrasion resistance. |

- Increased stiffness - High chemical resistance - Very tough |
| A Polypropylene Copolymer (PPC) sheet that has excellent physical characteristics, particularly for applications where impact strength and heat resistance is important. Its chemical resistance is excellent. | Fume extraction equipment Chemical tanks Chemical equipment |
- Very high impact resistance - Very tough and stiffer than HDPE - High chemical resistance - Easy to recycle |
|
| ViSpec Celmar 3180 |
A Polypropylenesheet modified for improved impact resistance with polyester fabric laminated to one side. The polyester backing is ‘laid-up’ with glass reinforced resins to produce strong lightweight structures. The major benefit of Celmar® is that it allows designers to use the superb chemical resistance of polypropylene and replace costly alternatives such as stainless and rubber lined mild steel. |

- Very high impact resistance due to GRP composite structure |
| A Polypropylene sheet which has excellent physical characteristics, particularly for applications where stiffness and high heat resistance is important. Compared to the Polypropylene Block Copolymer (ViSpec PPC 3100) it is stiffer and has higher heat resistance. | Chemical tanks Fume extraction equipment Toxic fume handling units Water industry vessels Ventilation equipment |
- Stiff - Heat resistant - High chemical resistance |
|
| ViSpec Celmar 3280 |
Similar to the Celmar 3180 material but modified for greater rigidity. |
Hazardous chemical vessels | - Higher rigidity |
